The National Home Value Institute was founded in 2009 in cooperation with banks and industry associations such as the VBO, NVM, and LMV. The NWWI’s goal is to eliminate appraisal fraud by checking valuation reports and ensuring the local reputation of the various brokers and appraisers in the region of the houses and apartments to be appraised.
