1. Appraisel request.
You can submit your appraisel request here. We will confirm reception of your request by e-mail.

2. Scheduling an appointment.
We will contact you to schedule an appointment and any additional information. In the case of a home to be purchased appraisel, the appraiser will contact the current owner or the selling party (broker).

3. Indoor recording
After a convenient date has been scheduled, the appropriate appraiser will visit you or the selling party to thoroughly inspect and photograph the property. An in-person recording takes an average of 1 hour. The appraiser pays attention to the location and surroundings of the house, contents and area, among other things. Furthermore, he pays attention to the quality, state of maintenance, facilities, functionality of the layout, energy efficiency, et cetera.

4. Appraisal Report
Within 3 working days, after the appraisal, you will receive your valuation report from us by e-mail, together with the invoice. Signed and bound physical Valuation Report is possible (Additional cost € 14,50 – including VAT). If you want to receive the valuation report much faster, you can place an urgent order (rate from + € 35, – excluding VAT). If possible, even within 24 hours. If the term of payment is not observed, an additional € 25,- will be charged for the reminder. The cancellation fee for valuation/validation is €75 including VAT.
